| Telepopmusik Artist Profile |

| Real Name: | Fabrice Dumont, Stephan Haeri & Christophe Hetier |
| Profile: | The electronic outfit Télépopmusik followed in the footsteps of Air, Les Rythmes Digitales, and Dimitri From Paris and established their own musical stylings in the arena of French dance music. The core trio of Fabrice Dumont, Stephan Haeri, and Christophe Hetier formed in 1997 after burning out from playing with other bands. Dumont founded the dream pop group Autour de Lucie, whereas Hetier used to be the popular DJ Anti-Pop and Haetri played with Planet Zen. As Télépopmusik, the group contributed their newly fresh electronic sound on "Sonic 75" to a SourceLab compilation in the same year. Their acid house electronic jive was far more impressive on Genetic World, which appeared on Capitol in April 2002. Debut single "Breathe" was popular among the club circuit for several months, but by early 2003 the song became a mainstream smash thanks to its inclusion in television ads for the Mitsubishi Outlander SUV. In February, the group embarked on their first ever American tour. Angel Milk appeared two years later. MacKenzie Wilson |

Inpetto - Catwalk (original mix) [Big & Dirty]
While ‘The Milky way’ is still rising high, Inpetto are about to drop their second single ‘Catwalk’. Pulsating to a similar tempo, this adds soaring sax breakdowns and atmospheric keys pads atop another equally driving back drop, to create an altogether different vibe. Another lush orchestrated soundscape, this modern day tech-etched masterpiece is every bit as good and befitting the brothers high ranking amongst their peers and contemporaries.

Luiz B - Song Of Life (club mix) [Silk Digital Records]
Rising Brazilian star Luiz B., whose "Thought" was a standout on Silk Sampler 2, returns with the elegantly titled "Song of Life." The Original Mix begins with the song's central motif, a catchy Spanish guitar riff, upon which a gentle rhythm is built. Deep pad sweeps and a low-pitched, yet resonant lead synth add additional body to the mix. As one would expect, Luiz B's alternate "Club Mix" packs a bit more punch, with heavier beats and a stronger bassline. Further, unlike the original, the club mix continues to crescendo post-break, as additional melodies, basses, and even vocal samples are presented in the latter half of the tune. On the first of two remixes, Australian artist Approaching Black [Armada, Arctic Wave] makes his Silk debut, with yet another refined progressive classic. In vintage form, he succeeds in infusing the original with an uplifting new lead, as well as a stunning array of additional side melodies and string-based transitional effects. Silk veteran Soundstorm, whose original tracks "Iris" and "Contact" continue to represent some of the label's proudest work, rounds out the package with a more subdued take. A veritable master of down-tempo progressive, Soundstorm once again proves his uncanny ability for subtle rhythmic development and rich, emotional sound design.

Asthma - Lion (Bjorn Small remix) [Banshee Worx]
Today is the day to annouce the coming release of my first album: A Sense Of Occasion is about to out on the famous belgian-based label Bonzai Records in early march 2008. With this bunch of tunes, I can't really hide where I'm coming from originally: the dancefloor. "A Sense Of Occasion" is a vast collection of my musical ideas over the last year, containing the one thing, which labels my sound best: melodies. Melodies to make you smile or cry, dance or chill, flip out or lean back... In short: Melodies which touch you. Beside that, be prepared to experience deep atmospheres, never heard soundscapes, tribal madness and rumbling basslines.
