Henry Saiz Artist Profile

Real Name: Henry Saiz
Profile: Henry Saiz is one of the upcoming talents from the Spanish scene. He has released works in Renaissance, Global Underground, Paradigma Muzik, Logical Noise and Software labels, and the originality and quality of his work is giving much to speak about in the scene.

In 2005, Henry signed with the english label Logical Noise, where he released Mamut and You, the Living, two EPs which received a great response from the audience and the critics. After hearing this splendid debut, Global Underground entrusted him with the remix of the hit 99 & a half from german producer Phonique. Since then, Henry has brought his powerful live show to clubs in London, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia…, clubs like Barraca, Industrial Copera, Zen Club, Moog or Cassete Club (Madrid), where he is the resident DJ.

2007 has been a key year for this young music maker: it is then when he created his own label, Natura Sonoris, which is distributed by Neuton and whose first release indicates that it will be one of the most promising new labels. In 2007 Henry also contributed tracks to two of the most interesting Spanish labels: Liquid Gardens to cult label Software Records, and Labyrinth’s Designer EP to new label Paradigma Musik. Thanks to this works, Henry is being pointed at as one of the new artists most likely to succeed.

Henry Saiz music and live show join the power of techno, the precision of minimal, the hipnotic structures of trance and the evocative melodies of IDM, creating an hipnotic and intense musical landscape. His original and elaborated production techniques turn his songs into authentic sonic trips, filled with emotion and expressivity that work at both the dancefloor and at home.

Nowadays, Henry combines the creation of electronic music and live performances with his work as sound designer for advertising, TV shows and nature documentaries. He has also been chosen to represent Spain in a worldwide campaign against global warming, The Danger Global Warming Project, to which he’ll contribute a remix side by side with the likes of Trentemøller, Goldfrapp and Plaid.

John Puzzle (Radu Ionut Adrian) was born in the summer of '82 in the city Ramnicu Sarat, Romania. Music was his first passion and this was discovered by his parents at the age of 4 when he was playing drums using two spoons and a dining table. At the age of 7 he began taking piano lessons in his home town until high school where he discovered the way to create electronic music with computers and synthesizers. That was the moment when he decided that house, techno and trance were the perfect music genres for expressing himself. He made his way trough many studios in his country producing for many Romanian popular artists and working side by side with well known romanian producers until he managed to make his own studio in the year of 2002. Day by day John is gaining more and more supporters from all over the world, the most popular among them being Funkagenda and Carl Cox. Being a professional pianist and a classical music fan he was always attracted by pure melody, soft and silky sounds and his style is driven by these elements with enormous success making his tracks original and catchy. His main target is to tell his story to the world trough his tasty and pleasant sound.

Seamus Haji & Dino Psaras ft. Rudi - My Destiny (original mix) [Club Azuli]
Seamus began his DJing career at the tender age of 16 with a London soundsystem playing a mixture of early House, Soul and Hip Hop. With a barrel-full of drive, enthusiasm and determination he went on to secure his first residency at The Satellite and later took on regular guest spots at MOS, Garage City, Release The Pressure, Hard Times and Back To Basics. He then became a regular fixture at the likes of MOS, Code, Bed and Pacha, London. He has also enjoyed numerous residencies around the globe, including the last four years at Pacha, Ibiza where he’s gathered an army of fans, possibly something to do with his rather dashing looks as well as his DJing ability of course! Musically his strength is his diversity playing as comfortably alongside, for example, Kenny Dope as Murk. And his sets are now known for the wealth of his own productions and remixes as well as more than a smattering of trickery on the Pioneer CDJ1000’s ( for which he is an official ambassador)
