Eddie Thoneick ft. Shermanology - In My Head (TV Rock & Chable remix) [Tonik Rcrdngs]
It shouldn’t be too hard to tell a real thing from the next hype, especially for those who have been around long enough. A true artist, whether he’s spinning or singing (or both) is not something we stumble upon very often. What separates a true artist from the rest of the pack and makes us gaze in admiration? Meet Andy & Dorothy Sherman, a dynamic duo like no other. Born into a family where singing was as natural (if not more so) as speaking, it didn’t take long for both of them to follow their dad’s and uncle’s (Sherman Brothers) musical footsteps. All kinds of music made it into the Sherman’s living room: soul, jazz, gospel, disco, old Motown records... Andy and Dorothy sure know their classics. With numerous projects in planning and various events marked in the calendar, this Duo is guaranteed to exhilarate it’s fans for years to come! These two are unlikely to stop re-inventing themselves and maybe that is a thing that separates Shermanology and its members from the rest of the pack.

Nalin & Kane - Beachball (Joris Voorn remix) [Superfly Records]
It is nearly 15 years ago, when the very first original version of "Beachball" was played in a club by Andry Nalin, one part of Nalin & Kane. It was a cool underground club track at that time, but it always had something very special. The rest is, as we say, history: "Beachball" caused a stir, it hit all dancefloors worldwide, a vocal version followed and it became one of the biggest club tracks in dance history.
Now, 15 years later, Supraton and Nalin & Kane bring that tune back to where it came from: Back to the clubs. With the help of some of the hottest producers around at the moment, they just delivered the first remix package for 2010 incl. new versions from Joris Voorn, David Keno (Kindisch / Get Physical) and the up-and-coming sensational duo Orli & da Ragnio.

King Britt ft. Astrid Suryanto - Now (Sharam Crazi remix) [Yoshitoshi Recordings]
"From Acid Jazz to Electronic to Rock, Astrid's versatile talent has given her the freedom to explore all genres of music. With only a handful of commercially available titles, she already has hit makers like Victor Calderone, John Digweed, and Neil McLellan (the Prodigy) gravitating towards her beckoning voice and musical style. She is endowed with an effortless glow on and off the stage, suppressing a villain-like quality that compliments her exotic and subtly erotic style. Having the dynamic power of a true "Jane-of-All-Trades", she writes, composed, performs, and produces, all of her own music and lyrics."

Solence is the perfect set opener anyone can ever ask for! With its soulful and enlightening saxophone melodies and with the help of the rejuvenating piano samples, Solence brings heaven just right next door! Something Good follows up that feel-good vibe with their vanilla-bleached piece, 1:28 AM. Brought together by crisp synth-work and sedative atmosphere, this track effortlessly brings the good vibes together. The ever-glorious and the very captivating Cielo completes the experience! Bringing the EP to a close, Cielo, and its gracious piano climax would simply leave you wanting more. Adrian Lux - Teenage Crime (Axwell & Henrik B remode) [Axtone Records]
The king of the sun-kissed summer anthem; the mogul behind one of the hottest imprints on the planet; a superstar DJ who's never lost the giddy enthusiasm of a fledgling clubber; and arguably the most successful and influential remixer of the 21st century. By anyone’s standards, Axel 'Axwell' Hedfors is a giant of modern-day dance music – and he’s only going to get bigger. Whatever direction the music takes Axwell in next, you can be sure that he'll be closely followed by admirers and imitators alike. "During the past 15 years," says sometime Axwell-collaborator Bob Sinclair, "there are only a few guys who have really influenced the dance-music scene with their sound and the way that they produce. Axwell is one of them."

Nicky Romero - My Friend (original mix) [Spinnin Records]
Nicky Romero, born on 6 January 1989 grew up in a small city called “Amerongen”, lived in Canada (Kingston) for a few years. Nicky hits the first snare drum at the age of 6 and started playing drums in a fanfare. After playing a year or three, he’d been asked to play in a huge group who had acts on street and big events. That was fun though, but not enough for small Nicky. At the age of 12 he got is first set of Drums, and started practising, practising and practising. Well, after 3 years playing drums everyday and night , it was enough and he changed the drums for turntables. These day’s allmost every high rated DJ has a few Romero records in his bag, last summer he did a remix for “Sidney Samson & Tony Cha Cha - Get On The Floor” and a bootleg for “David Guetta - When Love Takes Over”. Both tracks got alot of publicity in the world, even Ministry of Sound Australia contacted him for doing some remixes on their label! About a few hundred movie’s came up at youtube from dj’s who playing the Nicky Romero bootleg from When Love Takes Over! He also did a remix for one and only “Dirty South - Alamo” to be found at Beatport now! Nicky’s sound growing keep an eye on him these day’s, lot’s of new stuff coming up! To be continued…

Lazy Jay - Float My Boat (Moguai remix) [Big & Dirty Records]
It’s almost near the impossible to keep up with the number of productions this bad boy from Belgium is popping out of his studio. Also hard to believe that nearly every release is a spot on dancefloor killer! With the ever growing support on his material from the house to the trance scene, things are looking big for Lazy Jay.
