Pilgrim - Another Chance (Passenger 10 remix) [Nero Bianco]
Chris Reece is behind the Passenger 10 project. He had a few words to say for Nocturnal Readers. “It's summer time, midsummer here, everybody's away. But We’re still here working and so We've developed a new project. Made a track that sounds like more into Tech House style but with some strong cluby chords in it. We called the project PASSENGER 10. Just for me to imagine we would be one of them who's enjoying his holidays right now. Makes me feel like on a trip to nowhere. ;-) We are the Passenger No. 10 even if we still rest here in studio. Hope it was worth that. Take a short listen to the mixes by clicking the pic below: Thanks again for your strong support in the past few months. We’re so grateful. Makes us strong and so we’re working even harder to put out more tunes for you to play. Talk soon and enjoy your weekend.” – Christian Hirt & Roberto Pagliar

Jennie Lofgren ft. Matt Cerf - Butterflies (original mix) [Black Hole Recordings]
Matt Cerf, one third of the music sensation known as Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren, has had an impressive couple of years. The French-Canadian producer and his team, Shawn Mitiska & Jaren, were nominated for an International Dance Music Award in 2008 for “Best New Progressive House/Trance Tune” with their summer 2007 hit “Light The Skies”. The track debuted shortly before WMC 2007 and quickly caught the attention of top dj/producers Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, and many more. “Empire”(Vandit) put him on the map in 2001 when he was part of Second Sun. Later that year Matt decided to fly solo and has since established himself as one of the finest producers in melodic progressive, trance and house music. With more than fifteen originals (Including hits like “Saved Again”, “With Me” and “Walk Away”) and twenty remixes (Gabriel & Dresden’s “New Path” and Lange’s “Songless”), it’s safe to say that Matt Cerf is making himself heard, both on the radio and on the dance floor.

Matt Darey & Aeron Aether ft. Ridgewalkers - Chasing The Sun (Ivan Spell remix) [Nocturnal Global]
Aeron Aether (Gábor Kovács) is a Hungarian composer, producer and “experimentalist” of electronic sound. A prolific artist, Aeron has produced top-charting tracks in various sub-genres of electronic music, including house, progressive, chill-out, and breaks. Regardless of the genre, Aeron's goal as a producer remains the same: the composition of innovative and evocative music. In addition to studying electrical engineering, Aeron has spent much of his life composing and listening to music. During his academic study of music, Aeron learned to play cello. Not surprisingly, Aeron has a well-known "signature" of infusing orchestral and symphonic music in almost all of his work. In 2009, Aeron was named "Breakthrough DJ/Producer of 2009" by industry heavyweight Matt Darey. His tracks are also supported by a variety of internationally acclaimed house, progressive, and trance DJ's, including: Matt Darey, Marcus Schossow, Jaytech, Solarstone, Eelke Kleijn, Martin Roth, Flash Brothers, Stefan Anion, and many more. Future goals include producing an artist album, as well as scoring film -- the latter lending itself more to Aeron's eclectic influences and artistic tastes.

Pamuya - Virtual Voodoo (original mix) [Bonzai Progressive]
Jens aka pamuya is a dynamic swedish producer. His style ranges from hard pounding electro to beautiful driving progressive house and trance. Jens may not be a familiar face at the progressive house scene yet, but this is all starting to change. With years of production experience under his belt, he will deliver some great tunes in the near future to make sure he will be a force to be reckoned with. In the end of 2008 Rich from Solarstone signed the track "Breaking the Ice" to his Insatiable label. It got released in august 2009 and had some great support from well known names like ATB, Pedro Del Mar, Alex MORPH to name a few. Under the same month Jens Pamuya EP got released as well. This time on the Alterego label. The support this time was even better. The track "Antarctica" was pick up by legend Paul van Dyk and played on his Vonyc show. Also the tracks "Vertigo" and "Evolving Mind" has been played frequently around the world. This is only the beginning. Jens has lots of new productions and remixes coming soon!

Mark Knight & Wolfgang Gartner - Conscindo (original club mix) [Toolroom Records]
The name Wolfgang is synonymous with greatness. Name your baby Wolfgang, and he may grow up to be one of the world’s leading chefs, or a member of a seminal band like Kraftwerk or Van Halen. Yet Gartner isn’t simply an underground sensation. He has played before thousands at events like Coachella and Ultra Music Festival. Black Eyed Peas main man will.i.am has already tapped him for collaborations, and legendary record executive Jimmy Iovine—who has nurtured the careers of icons ranging from Eminem to Stevie Nicks—has displayed a strong interest in Gartner. The number of requests he gets to remix other artists’ tracks has reached a point where he elects to decline ninety-nine percent of them (“I generally only work with artists for whom I have great respect and admiration”). Like another famous Wolfgang, Gartner started his artistic experiments at a very young age. Whereas many producers start with a rhythm track, Gartner is more likely to begin with a melody and a concept, and experiment… and experiment and experiment… until the pieces begin to click. “Music doesn’t just come out of thin air,” he admits. “Inspiration is a natural process.” And it can’t be forced. As he moves forward, Gartner doesn’t want to just advance his art form—he also wants to put a fresh twist on Top 40 fare. “I definitely want to work with pop and rap artists as a producer.” So long as his identity and integrity remain intact: “I want to make what I like making, and if a rapper can rap on it, then great.” With numerous new projects in the pipeline, he still appreciates the distinction between world domination and overexposure. “I’m definitely about quality over quantity,” he concludes. With Wolfgang Gartner, only one thing is certain: his next move is always a surprise.

Weekend Heroes - Interlagos (Rino Cabrera Pitstop remix) [Nero Bianco]
Weekend Heroes are Felix Timelock and Eli DJ Zombi, oldtime players in global electronic scene. Timelock is a success into international psychedelic circus and Zombi one of leading progressive house DJs from Israel. Both perform for their living for many years and been there and here too..

Gai Barone - The Moth (Ticon remix) [Afterglow]
A relatively new name to some he may very well be, but Italy’s Gai Barone has a much longer history in dance music than you might think. Brought up on an eclectic musical diet, Barone initially immersed himself in classical and hip hop (and a fair few shades in between). He started playing musical instruments at an early age and quickly progressed to become an accomplished keyboard player. Getting into dance music in his home country, the young Sicilian was perfectly positioned in 1989 to witness the rise of Italo House. Rapidly caught up in his country’s embryonic electronic dance sound, he watched its influence spread quickly around the world. A year later he started to DJ, initially concentrating his energies inside the country and playing a mix of early progressive twinned with techno that was coming over from the States. Now carving out a dark, provocative, increasingly recognizable soundscape with each one of productions, Gai Barone stands on the threshold of an electronic dance music breakthrough.
